Currently, I'm a Senior Art Director at PIERCE, a culture agency and strategic partner of Universal Music Germany.

I lead the creative team, we develop cultural marketing concepts at the intersection of music, lifestyle, and community. 

My mission: pushing culture, challenging standards through creativity and collaboration. Working and leading in the creative field to me means building a playground for creativity to unfold, while making sure no one eats the sand.
